Abstract
Congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation of the lung(CCAML) is a rare benign pulmonary disorder characterized by an excessive overgrow th of respiratory structure. CCAML is frequently associated with hydramnios and nonimmune fetal hydrops.
CCAML
has
been detected in prematurity, stillborn and respiratory distressed infants or child by chest X-ray or CT scan. A-few cases of antenatal diagnosis of this malformation have been reported.
We experienced two cases of CCAML which were detected by antenatal ultrasonography at 25 weeks of gestation and confirmed by autopsy after termination of pregnancy.
